I teach Vinyasa (flow) yoga which focuses on connecting movement with breath using a sequence of poses that can vary from class to class, but with the aim of leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed but also energised and vibrant. My classes range from classes with flowing movement to help build energy and vitality to gentle restorative classes with slow, subtle movement to open, release and relax.
In addition to asana (poses) and movement, all my classes involve either an element of guided relaxation or a short meditation practice focused on creating space for people to be calm and centred at a time where it's more important than ever.
I believe that yoga is a gift that everyone can enjoy regardless of age or lifestyle. I love supporting anyone who's curious about the benefits, regardless of experience level.
