Our popular weekly Sunday morning flow class.  Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting movement with breath using a sequence of poses that can vary from class to class. These classes involve gentle movement throughout the class, finishing with a guided relaxation, leaving you feeling vibrant and centred. This class is held at the Mittagong Playhouse "Supper Room".

Rest is so important. And yet, it’s sometimes hard to come by in today’s busy world. Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga with a focus on rest, that allows the body and mind to completely relax and let go. An hour of peace and stillness. It typically involves a series of gentle, passive poses that are held for extended periods of time, with the use of calming music and props such as blankets, cushions and blocks to support your body and promote relaxation. This is a monthly class.

Unlock the benefits of yoga in just 4 weeks! Join our Beginners Yoga Course for a practical and enriching experience designed for all levels.

Located in the beautiful surrounds of The Lodge, Mittagong, this four week course is for anyone who might be new to yoga or curious about the benefits, or returning students looking to deepen their practice.
